Type of flooring over in-floor heat?

We are finishing our basement and have geothermal in-floor heat in the cement. (Is this called radiant heat? I am learning all these new words the past couple days and now I'm confused!)

We originally wanted to go with wood floors. But I was told by one builder wood floors aren't a good choice due to how the floor is heated. Is this true? What is the best type of flooring to use?

Wood floors with a high temp loop are contraindicated. You would need low temp loops. And, not in a basement. No wood below grade. Wood look tile would be your best bet for a basement with radiant heat.
