wall tile to floor tile junction - what to use?

My DH is installing glass wall tile on one wall behind the vanity in our powder room. My question is what product should he use at the wall tile to floor tile junction and at the wall tile to adjacent wall junction. Do you grout it or use a caulking product?

I would use caulking. Most of the grout companies sell color matched caulk.

Agree with above post. grout will work at the wall side but wall meets floor cracks nearly 100% of the time so matching colored caulk would be best there.
