Hi Everyone. Not sure if this will be useful but I've attached a picture of our ash floors (clear coat, no stain) after we removed a large entertainment center that had been in the same spot for about 8 years. The exposed wood has definitely darkened. I thought this might help others in deciding if ash floors would work for them. The curved spot is where the entertainment center was open at the bottom.
