Call a pro, because if you damage the heating system trying to patch the floor you are really screwed.

Was that from the heat or the chemicals in the freshener, or is that the melted freshener? I'd scrape off the bubbly stuff, sand very lightly, and stain it to match with something, then carefully apply a clear poly wipe-in to the affected boards.

Appears to me as if a plastic spray bottle got heated causing pressure inside to raise high enough to force the freshener out of the nozzle which ran down the bottle onto the floor.

Some of it has chemicals strong enough to peel paint off of a wall or finish from a floor as you now know.

No big deal to repair. First throw out every can/bottle of air freshener in the house and replace them with New Yankee Candles. Then using a thin flexible paint scraper (drywall trowel) to scrap the loose finish from the floor, Tape around the outside of the damaged area about 1" with masking tape, 180 grit sand paper to lightly sand the damaged area feathering it smooth around the edges. Re-stain and apply light thin coats of finish until it matches as closely as possible the undamaged floor around it.

You may not ever get it to exactly match. But with a little work it will be as close as it can come.
