The contractor left a small wedge that narrows to nothing on one wall - he did not cut any of the other tiles. If he had cut the first row of tiles just over half-way, then the last row would have been about the same (just over halfway). I contend that anything else is a botched job. Do you agree?

Also the wall. He finished one side of the tub different than the other. The marker shows the height the tile should have been if the two sides were to be equal. Total botched job in my opinion.

Is there anything I can do?
