The quicker you can force the water out the better. The heat from a hair dryer won't hurt the floor.

And then just wait.

It can takes months for all the water to come out of the floor.

Sanding before the wood has re-acclimated will result in shallow 'dishes' where the wood is now swollen.

Tincture of time.

I echo the advice to wait... check out my recent update to a post in July on this same topic. Mine went darn near back to normal, and it was not worth having it repaired. I didn't do anything, other than run the A/C and wait.
