Replacing Carpet in a rental (Laminate or Engineered Hardwood)

We have a concrete slab, thus we cannot install real hardwood.

We have an engineered hardwood in the main living areas now (Kahrs Linnea Brand) white oak, one strip, see picture

The bedrooms have carpet and I am tired of maintaing the carpet between renters, thus I'm thinking of putting in either a laminate or engineered hardwood that will match the existing floor (the existing floor is no longer available).

The other option is tear up the existing 700 square feet of engineered hardwood and put the same thing down throughout the house.

The new tenants don't have pets, but previous tenants have had animals.

Home Depot has a whole house $497 laminate or Click Lock install deal going on right now, that I am considering.

Any suggestions on Home Depot flooring products?

Thanks for any advice.
