Feeding sunfish at bass ponds park

is this legal?.... to feed sunfish at a local park, the park in question is the bass ponds, in St paul MN. Years ago the bass ponds were stocked with bass for breeding, and hybrid sunfish, perch and others are in the ponds as well. I was thinking a good pellet food to beef up the panfish and,make them gigantic, for eating, and fishing pleasure. I was thinking of feeding heavy next year and, see how big fish get, by year afterwards.


Any buddy know a good brand of pellet, pond feed to use? What about the parks email so I can ask promission. Old Koi pellets that are too old to sell at pet stores will this be okay? Thanks
