Five days until the opening of Muskie season here in SE WI. My friend and I are doing a BBQ the night before the opener for about 50 muskie fanatics at the famous Smokey's Muskie Shop on Pewaukee Lake. That should help to build the frenzy for early the following morning.

I'm hoping to post pictures of a couple nice fish.

Why all of the sudden, am I picturing the scene in the movie Jaws where everybody with anything that would float was trying to get out of the harbor to get the shark!! LMAO

LOL. It will be busy out there, Bill, not quite that busy, but busy. In WI, the muskie season in the southern half of the state opens 5/4, while the northern half waits until the end of the month to protect spawning fish. Lots of guys drive down here to get a little time in on the water.

Should be fun.
