I just had a serious issue finding a fireplace replacement part for my Peterson Real Fyre log set. Rebecca at http://www.fastfireplaces.com found the part for me and mailed it out that day. I emailed her a picture of the broken part (from a different retailer) and she was able to get the new part out that day. if you need parts (or logs) she was amazing! Thanks.
