fireplace hearth lining

I have a double sided fireplace that contains a faux brick lining both on the sides and on the floor of the hearth. The floor of the hearth is cracking (1/8 to 1/4) and raising, similar to what you'd see on a vinyl floor that is lifting. I have pictures of this. I'd like to know if anyone can provide a suggestion on where to go with repair and/or replacement AND offer a comment on whether this presently posts any safety issues.

If you look in the owner's manual for the fireplace you'll probably see a parts list that would include part numbers for the parts that are failing.

You should be able to order replacement parts from the retailer you bought the fireplace from or a distributor that sells this brand to retailers.

It would be foolish to speculate on what parts can be dispensed with that the manufacturer designed for the fireplace. Anyone can make such a guess, and that's all it would be.

Whether strictly necessary or not, you should replace parts that are failing.
