| I am looking into having an Empire Comfort Systems vent free propane log system (whitemountainhearth VFDR-30-LB) installed in a fairly open basement but have not been able to find any user reviews. If someone would tell me about their experiences with the Empire vent free logs and the manufacturer support, I would appreciate it. I would also appreciate hearing about experiences with other manufactures vent free gas logs.
