Anybody having trouble with QuadraFire Santa Fe inserts?

I had it installed by the dealer, hasn't burned for more than 2 hours at a time. The dealer replaced some parts 8 days after they installed it. Said they have to order the burn rate switch (hi, med, low) and installed a remote thermostat.

They wired the bad switch to the low setting and said it should work fine. Fine lasted 1 hour after they left.

From what I've read on the site, some stoves are just "lemons" just like anything else. But my patience is waring thin.

Any thoughts appreciated.
