| Hello,
Anybody having trouble with QuadraFire Santa Fe inserts? I had it installed by the dealer, hasn't burned for more than 2 hours at a time. The dealer replaced some parts 8 days after they installed it. Said they have to order the burn rate switch (hi, med, low) and installed a remote thermostat. They wired the bad switch to the low setting and said it should work fine. Fine lasted 1 hour after they left. From what I've read on the site, some stoves are just "lemons" just like anything else. But my patience is waring thin. Any thoughts appreciated. Regards Mike |
