Harmon 3 blinking lights

I have a Harmon pellet stove insert (not sure of the make). The status light blinks 3 times and the auger stops feeding even though the feed light is on. If I unplug it and plug it back in it will usually reset and work. Sometimes I will less than gently close the lid and this gets it to start feeding again.

Any ideas what the 3 blinking lights mean and what could be causing the feed issue.

Does the heat go out or smolder? check dip switch settings, see if you can get it to feed faster with on, off,on.
