Hi All,

I purchased a home with two heatilator fireplaces in it last year. I have never had a heatilator and don't know how they are supposed to perform. It has a rheostat control which barely makes the fan blow. I can feel heat coming out of the vent, but there isn't enough air to move it into the room. Is this normal?
