Traditions profile 20/30 pellet stove

First of all I have to light the stove with fire starters

But that's just fine with me , the real problem is when I turn the stove on via the control panel and I have a fire going, the auger feeds the pellets into the hopper then stops completely, it only seems to work when you turn it on from the control panel. so I've been turning it on and off and that gets old real fast and winter is upon us and I can't get a service tech to help me because there to busy.
