| does anyone have any good advice on delft tile? where to buy it? I am shocked at the price, even the plain field tiles are so expensive.
I'd love to see pictures of how people did theirs. I am trying to recreate one I saw in the Netherlands years ago. |

| Have you tried ebay? The antique stuff is still wicked high, but the modern isn't too bad and the upside is that you don't need too much for a nice look. Another alternative might be Mexican talavera. Has a *bit* of the delft aesthetic for waaay less: |
