| I have a Heat N Glo unit that I bought back in 2001 and finally had it installed a few years ago. I think it is a 5000TRV (rings a bell).... the flame is VERY low... looks terrible... and this is on the High setting. Only one of the 3 flame clusters actually clears the log opening (barely) and is visible above the log... the rest is just underneath. Does anyone know if there is any way to adjust the flame height? Mine is set-up to use the remote control, but I have also tried adjusting the valve manually (the off, on pilot marked valve). Gas supply is not an issue.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. |
