We purchased a Harman P38 last year. For the first couple months the stove worked perfect but since then the blower fan seems to have an issue. Even when the stove is burning hot the blower fan will just stop working. I don't think this is normal because the stove did not do this at first. The place we purchase the stove from has been no help with this issue and I even tried to contact Harman customer service but they were no help because they just referred me back to the vendor we purchase the stove from. I am wondering if any one else has experienced this issue with the blower fan and has some suggestions on what we can do to correct the problem. Harman may make an excellent pellet stove but their customer service is lacking in my opinion.
