Hi I hope someone can help the problem I have or aleast tell me if they have run into this before. I have a pioneer bay (heritage bay PI) pellet stove insert. The stove trips a code for the snap disk and then shuts down. Now i have installed a new snap disk but i found the wires to be very burned up and hard if you touch them they fall apart. So I bought a new wiring harness and after a couple of weeks the wires were briddle again causing a poor connection and a fault code. I have check for leaking gaskets and anything alowing sparks or flames to the wires and nothing. I turn the stove on and in a few minutes you can not touch the wires. Please help me solve this problem or tell me if you have seen this before.

It sounds like the stove isn't venting properly, which means that instead of the combustion gasses going out the vent, they are coming into your home.

Have a repairman inspect the vent and chimney before someone gets injured by this problem.
