| Hi I hope someone can help the problem I have or aleast tell me if they have run into this before. I have a pioneer bay (heritage bay PI) pellet stove insert. The stove trips a code for the snap disk and then shuts down. Now i have installed a new snap disk but i found the wires to be very burned up and hard if you touch them they fall apart. So I bought a new wiring harness and after a couple of weeks the wires were briddle again causing a poor connection and a fault code. I have check for leaking gaskets and anything alowing sparks or flames to the wires and nothing. I turn the stove on and in a few minutes you can not touch the wires. Please help me solve this problem or tell me if you have seen this before. |

| It sounds like the stove isn't venting properly, which means that instead of the combustion gasses going out the vent, they are coming into your home. Have a repairman inspect the vent and chimney before someone gets injured by this problem. |
