Lopi Gas Fireplace help

I have a 1996 B-Vent Lopi Spirit Bay Natural Gas Fireplace Insert

It has not worked since the start of this years heating season.

I have replaced the thermo couple and now the gas valve.

Before replacing these I could not get the pilot light to light. As soon as I would release the pilot button the flame would go out.

After replacing both of these the pilot now stays lit.

I thought I was done.

However, when the main burner comes on the burner only operates for 5-10 seconds and then the flame goes out along with the pilot light.

Can anyone give me some guidance on what to look for.

The gas valve is a Robert-Shaw 7000 MVLC.

Get someone who knows what they are doing to repair the fireplace. It's a safe bet you replaced at least one part that was good, and likely enough both parts you replaced were good.

More than likely you have a defective pilot flame or a poorly aligned pilot burner, but it could be other things as well.

Thanks for reply.
The dealer who sold us the unit is right down the street. I had them look at it.
They told me they would replace the exact same parts and since I am pretty handy they sugested that I do it my self and they sold me the parts.

Anyone else got any thoughts.
