| Anyone have a problem with a Hampton insert? The door on my stove does not close properly, it hits the ash lip, it has been adjusted several times with no success. I have the over size surround that has gaps and does not fit properly as well as the door mis-alignment, the blower also has gaps. Now after using only for 1/2 dozen times a piece enamel fell off the frontof the door!!! I am having alot of dificutly trying to get this fixed and feel like a bought a lemon. For the price I paid for this stove I don't think I should have all these problems with only 1/2 dozen fires. Tech support states i must go thru the dealer. I have been dealing with this for 2 months. Any insight would be greatly appreciated. |
