What to do with my fireplace

I live in an 1870 farmhouse. I need to find something for a fireplace that measures 21 1/2"wide at the front, 20 1/2" wide at the back, and 10" deep. The height is 25 1/4". I have checked into gas logs and gas coals and apparently this is too small. Does anyone have a suggestion?

Have you considered installing an Antique Victorian Cast Iron Fireplace Grate? You can find them on E-Bay or maybe locally in an antique shop or flea market.

And what is unussual, the consultant is normal HUMAN, he will help you somehow.
