Harmon Pellet Stove - doesn't shut off

Hi Folks,

We have a pellet stove at home, when we try to shut down the stove, it no longer shuts off the stove, basically all the pellets runs out and then middle of the night and then it shuts it self off. Anyone have any ideas about how one can trouble shoot this issue.
