| My husband went to service our new (This year) stove and when he pulled it out he noticed that the ash pan was installed too close to the floor and had to take everything apart to dump it. Is this an issue with the installers? |

| More than likely. If you have the installation manual, the clearances needed to install the equipment are usually listed in an illustration. It sounds like your installers shoe horned the equipment in without paying attention to the fact that this would cause issues with servicing. |
