| Hello,
We've had a natural gas fireplace for 4 years and this winter it seems to be going out randomly. I turned the pilot on about a week ago - then to turn the fire on there's a switch on the wall. Three times this week the fire has gone off even with the switch on - once after 2 hours - once after 3 hours and once after a half an hour....the pilot stays on though. It's just a matter of turning the switch off for a couple minutes and then turning it back on and the fire starts back up. Anyone have any ideas what's wrong with it? Thanks!
