Gas Fireplace - Heat and Glo Problem - Video URL attached - Help!

Hi - we're having a problem with our CF6000 from Heat and Glo. It starts fine, goes on with high but then when you push the button to have it go to low, it makes a clicking sound for a bit and sometimes finally gets to low, other times it does not, just hums then. Thoughts?
