Basement ceiling tile best for allowing heat flow through it?

Posted by jarvinen (My Page) on

We heat our home with a pellet stove in our unfinished basement. We're in the process of finishing it and I plan on putting in a drop ceiling to allow the heat to continue to go through the basement ceiling.

Does anyone know of a ceiling tile made for, or is most efficient at allowing movement of heat through it? Any recommendations would be much appreciated. Thank you.
