Avalon Olympic Door will not seal

I have an Avalon Olympic insert that I purchased used three years ago. I noticed that I'm burning a lot of wood. I did the dollar test on the door and noticed it's not properly sealed at the top. I changed the gasket and still not sealing at the top. I also adjusted the door handle and still the door does not seal at the top. Do I need to purchase a new door or could my box be warp?

Take the door off and lay it on a flat surface. Does it rock at all? Also do you have a thick enough gasket?
