harman pellet shuts off in room temp mode

my harman stove shuts off in room temp mode but runs fine in constant burn i have the smaller free standing stove ...p-38 ? i think
ran it last night in room temp and it was fine shut it off before leaving when i went to start it in room temp the fans started for a few seconds then shut down
i fired it up in const burn mode for 5 mins or so the switched to room temp mode and it shut down
any help?
