Ex-stove pipe floor cover?

Hi,

In the process of uncovering the original floors in my house, I discovered that a former stove pipe had traveled through the ceiling of the main floor and up through the ceiling of the room I am working in. I'm wondering if there is a specific piece of hardware meant to close up the holes left in floors--some kind of decorative escutcheon plate with a center insert perhaps? I know about the scenic plates people used to put on wall thimbles, but what about floor openings?

Thanks.
