| We have recently bought a house (5 years old) and the gas fireplace will not ignite. The pilot light kicks on and the flame goes about 4 inches before it stops....it's almost like there is something blocking the gas from running the whole way around. What do I have to do to clean it? Any help would be greatly appreciated. |

| I wouldn't mess with it. Call your gas company. |
