Have only had the insert installed for about 2 months...only used it about 15 times...trouble is it will shut down and when I try to start it up the auger will not turn. I took all the pellets out...vaccumed it out..filled it up restarted it and it worked ( 1st two times it happened) This last time...nothing....I cant see anything that could be blocking it yet it will not turn. Any suggestions?? ( I called the dealer but just get an answering machine...guess they're busy!! )
