 o
Heat n' Glo Metro32 .... or ??

We're doing a remodel and must make a really quick decision on what gas fireplace to install because we have to bump out the wall and we're about to have siding done--so it's now or never! We want something that is DV or non-vented, modern design (no logs), and relatively small framing depth (18" or less preferably).

We came across the Metro32 by Heat n' glo and are considering it but do not have time to do our own homework so we're hoping the folks on here can give us theirs! :)

We like the design asthetic of the Metro32 but we're not sure it puts out enough heat (21k btu, NG).

We've been quoted a price around $1500 for the unit and then there's the install kit and other extras that add around another $500.... wonder what a good price would be?

We're open to other units or mfgs but we're looking for similar size, design, and shape (i.e. *not* super-modern super-wide).

Thanks for your help.

Here is a link that might be useful: Metro32 Brochure
