Russo coal Stove

I'm in desperate need of info on how to remove the glas door.The ash door just lifts off and it looks like the top door should too.I have tried lifting it and knocking the pins out but nothing moves the door opens and closes fine? I can't find any info on Russo on the net?? HELP!please email me direct at cbxxx at webtv.net

Have been using PB-Blaster for a couple of days (10) plus heat and the door won't budge,used a wooden block and hammer and still nothing?Any idea what the bolt are made of,can I drill them out and get new ones?
