| I have the Harman Acc pellet stove insert and I love its efficiency and looks...I have had good luck with it as well. ONLY issue I have always had is the noise issue...it seems like it needs 'something" to quiet the auger, the fan, even the pellets dropping is very noticable. It overpowers the TV, etc. I have been told it is operating properly and i dont doubt that...but there must be something that can be done??!!
Is there in internal insulation kit? Other adjustments? Anything? I have been to other friends homes who have a much less expensive units...inferior units...and the auger, etc are nearly silent all you hear is the blower (even that is quieter than the Accentra). Let me know...thanks for the time. |

| There are three motor/ blowers in the Accentra. That makes them noisy, but as you say, they are the best in efficiency. |
