Harman advance feeding pellets problem

HI,

I hope some of you have some advice because the dealer is not returning my calls. My stove will not feed the pellets. Any ideas?

Can you provide any more details? Did you just buy the stove? does it make any sounds when it feeds (or tried to feed?)

Does the "feed" light turn on ?

There are a couple of things that could be wrong and without any more information most of us can't really provide many suggestions.

CHECK THE CHAIN IN THE BACK OF THE STOVE,U MAY HAVE A PELLET STUCK IN THE HUPPER.
