| I got a secondhand Danson pellet stove. We connected it all up and I went to the website and downloaded the manual. We started it up just as the manual says. The auger is not feeding pellets at all. We connected the auger motor to a direct current and it still wasn't working so we purchased a new auger motor and gear box from the manufacturer. Still no pellet feed. The auger is not jammed, because we can turn it easily by hand when it is not connected. Does anyone have any ideas on this? Everything else on it seems to work perfectly. |

| We purchased a second hand stove as well and it worked fine for the first year and this year we are having this same issue. I was wondering what you have done to fix yours and get it up and running... any help or suggestions would be great. |
