Harman P38 Pellet Stove blowing fuses!!

Hello, and would just like to say this is a very informative site. Great job. I have a Harman P38 that keeps blowing the fuse as soon as it is plugged in. The motor knob and blower knob are both shut off when plugging in. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time.

Does the fuse blow right away or, is there a delay? For what you describe, there is a direct short somewhere. Plug a lamp into the receptacle, does it do the same thing? If not, a connection inside the stove is shorted.
