It's raining... in my fireplace

I live in a 1960s colonial revival in Cleveland. I knew I had roof issues around the chimney, but I've just had the entire roof replaced and a new saddle and waterproofing cut into the chimney. The brick on the chimney itself and the pointing all looks perfect from the outside. I heard a few telltale drips during a rainstorm and checked it out. Here's what I found on the inside, looking up at the flue. Can anyone tell me what's going on here, and what needs to be fixed? Thanks.
