Monessen or Majestic Gas Insert?????

I'm looking to purchase a 30,000 btu gas insert manufactured by either Monessen or Majestic. Would anyone be willing to share comments pros or cons about their systems? I live in the Boston, MA area and the unit will be inserted into our existing fireplace in the living room. Thanks in advance.

Bump...I am thinking of getting a gas insert also and the local dealer has Majestic..not sure which one. But I would also appreciate any comments....I was not very impressed with the salesman at this place however...he didn't know much about efficiency and couldn't give me any numbers, never heard of AFUE ratings, I asked for an insert and he showed me gas logs, then he said an insert was too expensive...so I asked him if he was the one paying for it, cuz maybe it was too expensive for him , but I'm the one buying it. What a dumbass.( tho I admit I was looking kind of sketchy, but so what). Anyway I know there are professionals out there on this site who can enlighten me. I just want an good efficient insert, don't give a rats ass what the flames look like and am hoping to save some $$ by buying off season.
