Hi guys,

Home inspector for my buyer (I'm trying to sell.) has said that I need a new chimney liner and a damper. His words exactly -- Fireplace has cracks in the bricks and missing a damper. Fireplace has no lining.

The two-story with walk-up attic house is almost 100 years old and has a central chimney.

I don't know what other info you'd need to answer my question which is how much to put both in?
