| I bought a house a few years back and relized that the chimney is behind a wall. I want to remove it to free up some room but it has no base on the ground. Just some 2x6 boards tied to the floor joists It was capped when the new roof was installed and never knew it was there till i went to hang a t.v there. Is it safe to leave or take down on my own? Or will it have the "vacume" effect and fall down? |
