| We are selling our home with a gas fireplace that apparently has only a gas valve. The inspector could not find the pilot anywhere and the problem is we never used the fireplace. Now my question is: Does a fireplace has to equip with a pilot? If so, what is the cheapest way to add one?
Many thanks. Irene |

| Is it a manufactured gas fireplace with a glass front or a masonry fireplace with a gas burner? |
