Sparks emanating from neighbor's pellet stove!!!!!!

Is it normal for pellet stove flues to shoot out sparks? My neighbor's does and it makes me a little nervous with out autos parked there and her propane heating tank within a couple of feet.

One night we showed her and she said she would call the company that installed it and she did stop using it only to restart. I don't think she would use it if it was a hazard, but you never know.

it's not uncommon, whether it's a hazard or not? well, that depends on what's around it such as the propane tank etc. it may or may not be safe, it's too hard to make that call over the internet w/out taking everything in the situation into account.
