Need help finding a Fireplace

We're in the process of building a new house and have now decided to put a fireplace in the master bedroom (it took some convincing). I've been doing some research and have come across some different regency styles that I found through a company called Houseneeds.com.

My choices are the Regency P33 or the Regency P121.

Does anyone have a Regency fireplace now? Do you like it? Or is there something similar out there that you would recommend?

We only have about 3-4 weeks to make a decision, any help/suggestions will be much appreciated.

First thing I noticed that Houseneeds.com serves northern Vermont. Are you building there?
If so then go to Shelburne and right next to the Christmas Loft on Rte 7 is a stove shop. Go there and see what they have. I would NEVER buy a stove or fireplace online! Who's gonna install it?
I'm in southeren VT and we got our Regency at the Stovery in Argyle NY. www.thestovery.com Go to a stove shop and have them do all the work. They can fit the unit to your room dimensions and suggest the proper size unit.

I have a Regency woodburner and like it a lot.

old-vt-crafter gives good advice. I'd find a brick and mortar place to talk to because they will be a big help with questions and installation.

I agree that installation is at least as important as the product.

We do have an installer lined up, he is the one that mentioned the Regency line to us. We are building in PA and after talking with Houseneeds, it doesn't sound like shipping costs will be an issue, as far as too expensive.
I guess we have some more homework to do before making a decision.
Thanks for all your comments and suggestions. Please let me know if you have any other ideas and things we should consider before purchasing.
