| Our fireplace will not stay lit. With the glass off, it will burn forever. But with the glass door on it goes on and off and on and off and than finally totally off. It seems to not be getting any air. The repair tech said he's never seen a fireplace without a vent to let in some air. Does anyone know if this unit has a vent that we are just not seeing. Thanks everyone! |

| I'm not sure about yours but we put a Majestic VF in current build. It has an air supply line to the outside. If dealing with majestic you have to contact the dealer. You can't directly contact Majestic.(We had door issues) |
