| New to the forum.. We just recently had an issue with our stove (not Harman's fault)....One of the bags of pellets we bought apparently had a 2-inch washer in it and, well, the augers don't like to have 2-inch washers thrown in the mix!!! took the motor out.. We replaced the motor but the auger still bound up.. Bought a new auger, but then figured out that the auger was moving counterclockwise and not clockwise. The pellets were in a sense moving backwards and not forwards into the burn pot. Anybody have this experience? Can't figure out why the motor is not turning the right way. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Doubly freezing in Alaska........ |

| Is this an after-market auger motor that is turning the wrong way? |
