Don't recognize the manufacturer, but almost all these products are so-called "cultured stone". Be sure to check any of them for fire and heat resistance if used around an actual wood burning fireplace.

Mystery solved! The manufacturer is El Dorado Stone dry stack stone "mountain blend." I ended up buying dry creek color.

Shopdmz - I had a lava rock fireplace that was skim coated with a mortar bed so I am applying over a mortar bed.
