I have a problem with my Harman Accentra fireplace insert pellet stove. The stove shut itself off today and the red power light itself is off. The outlet it is plugged into is still powered but the stove seems to be off. We have tried to reset using the "starting the first fire" instructions, and cleaned it out. Still nothing. Anyone have an idea why this happened/how to correct it?
